Application Deadlines for Master's Degree in Social & Cultural Studies in Education

Apply before July 1 to begin in the Fall Semester 

Apply before Nov 1 to begin in the Spring Semester 

Apply before March 1 to begin in the Summer Semester

Regular admission requires a bachelor’s degree and a grade-point average (GPA) of at least a B (3.0 on a 4.0 scale) from a regionally accredited institution, like KU, or a foreign university with substantially equivalent bachelor’s degree requirements. 

If you are an international applicant, we strongly encourage you to complete the application process well in advance of these deadlines, in order to ensure adequate time for processing of visa-related materials. The graduate admissions committee will make selections when all support documents have been received.
