Andrea Cook currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Academic Operations at Ottawa University, where she has worked for 11 years. In this role, Andrea oversees adjunct faculty, course scheduling, and student survey data in relation to course and instructor satisfaction. Her research and practice interests are in on-boarding, developing, and mentoring adjunct faculty and the long-term impact of engagement and retention on student completion rates. Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas and her Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Ottawa University.
