Joe Novak is a senior lecturer in the department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. He is the coordinator of MSE – Educational Leadership program for both the campus and online programs. He directs the Professional Development Schools (PDS) program for the School of Education. Dr. Novak’s interests focus on educator wellness and continuous growth and improvement. His research interest also involves the theories of shared and servant leadership.
