Lauren Edelman

Lauren currently serves as the Interim Director of the Leadership Institute at Washburn University in Topeka, Kan. In this role, Lauren coordinates the undergraduate Leadership Studies Minor and Certificate programs as well as many co-curricular leadership development efforts with Leadership Institutes, both on campus and in the Topeka community. She is passionate about leadership education and seeks to integrate academic and co-curricular experiences to enhance students' leadership capacity and passion for creating positive change. She earned a M.A. in Higher Education Administration: Student Affairs from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a B.A. in Mass Media from Washburn University.
