He is interested in exploring the intersection of higher education and athletics. His research focuses on the impact of college athletics on college environments, such as campus climate and athletic department culture and on students and student-athlete outcomes, such as career development and maturity. Additionally, he is interested in understanding campus climate and the broader influences it can have on faculty, staff and college students.
