Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design

*Effective September, 2017: The University of Kansas is no longer accepting applications for admission to the graduate certificate in Instructional Design in Overland Park. However, the Department of Educational Leadership & Policy Studies will continue to offer a Master’s degree in Educational Technology in Lawrence. More information on the program in Lawrence can be found here.

The graduate certificate in Instructional Design at the University of Kansas is offered at the KU Edwards Campus in Overland Park. The graduate certificate is interdisciplinary, drawing on the rich diversity of a major research university including the following KU departments: Business, Communications Studies, Design, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science. This certificate program prepares completers for careers in instructional design and learning technologies in academic, government, and corporate settings.
