Biography

Brad Kempf, Ed.D., is a lecturer in Staff Evaluation and Development. He earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership from Baker University with research in K-12 job satisfaction and instructional self-efficacy. He has a diverse PK-12 background in building and district administration. Dr. Kempf has served 18 years in public schools in Kansas and Kentucky. He currently serves as Superintendent in USD339 Jefferson County North School District. Dr. Kempf has been Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, middle school principal, associate middle school principal, and principal in a PK-12 setting.
