Carrie Mugridge

Dr. Carrie Mugridge is the Executive Director of Learning Services for USD 434 Santa Fe Trail. With more than two decades of experience as a teacher, reading specialist, and district leader, she is dedicated to advancing instructional excellence and educational equity. A visionary educator and servant leader, Dr. Mugridge empowers teams through collaboration, data-informed practices, and a commitment to continuous professional growth. She holds both a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Kansas, and brings her extensive expertise in instructional leadership, curriculum design, and classroom practice to her work with KU students.
